Reservation and deposit
The reservation is final if the deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is paid within one week of booking. The balance of the stay for camping pitches must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

Camping du Château reserves the right at any time - without giving reasons - to refuse or cancel a reservation.

Liability
Your stay at Camping du Château is at your own risk. Camping du Château can not be held liable in case of theft, loss, damage or injury of any kind.

Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing.
* Up to 30 days before the day of arrival you can cancel the reservation. Within three working days you will receive a confirmation.
* For cancellations earlier than 30 days and longer than 7 days before the day of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit.
* For cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival, the full rent will be charged.
* In case of earlier departure or later arrival than booked there will be no refund of payments made.
* The reservation fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Arrival and departure times
Arrival time:
Camping pitch between 14h00 and 18h00.
Apartments between 15h00 and 19h00.

Departure time:
Camping spot before 11h00.
Apartments before 10h00.

Reception opening hours:
Early and late season from 09h00 - 11h00 and from 14h00 - 19h00.
Camping high season from 08h00 - 12h00 and from 14h00 - 21h00.

Final cleaning
Final cleaning is obligatory for the apartments and it is charged as a fixed supplement. The cost for this is 35€ per apartment. The tenant is obliged to use the rented apartment properly and leave it neatly tidy, broom clean. The tenant is kindly requested to report at the end of the stay if certain pieces of household goods need to be replaced.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed, if indicated in advance and a maximum of 2 per pitch.

Dogs must be leashed at all times and all excrement must be cleaned up immediately. Dogs may not cause any nuisance to other guests. Walking your dog must be done outside the campsite. It is not allowed to leave your dog alone in your car, tent or caravan.

Swimmingpool
Guests of the campsite or apartments can use the pool at the campsite between 10h00 and 20h00. Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. Camping du Château does not provide lifeguard supervision nor does it accept any liability for the use of the pool. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervision.
